Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact up ASAP. If the order has not shipped out yet, than we will be happy to alter it as needed. If, however, it is already in route, than you will have to go through the process of returns.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment we are not shipping internationally, but if you are interested in obtaining some merchandise out of the United States, please contact the company directly to see what can be worked out.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Standard shipping will take up to 7 business days. However, 2 day shipping is available. Gift wrap and direct gift tag options are available upon request.
What if my order is a gift?
We can ship the order with either gift tags and/or gift wrap. The gift tag will be inscribed with a personal message of your wording and/or pictures. Gift tags are only an extra $0.50, and wrapping is $1.00.

Can I buy your merchandise at a store?
While we have no partnerships set up with any retail locations as of yet; we are working on securing those relationships in as many states as possible. Each state will have a few exclusive locations that carry our product, so you can go check them out.

Having only exclusive retail locations we are minimizing extraneous shipping. Our goal is to use manufacturers of our products located as close to our distribution center as possible.
